NEWS RELEASE 17 May 1999 Kellogg's Variety pack is 'Out of this World' The Science Photo Library (SPL) has provided a range of 27 images for Kellogg's Variety pack 'Out of this World' promotion. The theme is space exploration and the pictures range from classic images of the Earth, Halley's comet and Neil Armstrong to the more unusual and awe-inspiring such as, an atmospheric storm over Saturn, the beautiful Horsehead Nebula and the recent Sojourner robotic vehicle exploring Mars. Simon Jones, senior graphic designer at Kellogg's said: "SPL is the only source of quality photographs which offers the breadth of subject matter which we required for this campaign. The great advantage of SPL is that all the pictures we needed were available under one roof." Each back of pack image comes as a cut out card which can be added to the free wall chart provided as part of the promotion.
